Substitution Policy 

Sometimes it is necessary to make substitutions to a product to ensure quality and timely delivery. We strive to produce an item as similar as possible to the requested product.

ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS:

Because we endeavor to have unique items as opposed to "mass producing" items, we carry only one-of-a-kind on many of our products. Generally our website will update when the item you choose is sold out. If an item sold out and did not update, we will substitute as indicated below.

FLOWERS:

In mixed arrangements, we may substitute a different type of flower that is within the same color scheme. Be assured the substitution will be equal to or greater than the flowers shown online.

When one type of flower only is used, (such as one dozen roses) the color online may not be available. We will attempt to match the color but may substitute if necessary.

If a container shown is not available, we may substitute with another of equal or greater value.

PLANTS:

For all plants, a similarplant may be substituted of equal or greater value.

For specific plants, please indicate on your order if a substitute is not acceptable.  Containers pictured are for display purposes only and may be substituted if unavailable.

GOURMET BASKETS:

Fruit, chocolate, candy, tea and coffee baskets are filled to value. Generally no baskets are exactly the same.

PLUSH, SPECIALTY GIFTS:

Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made if necessary.
