We are a full service family owned and operated floral shop. We pay attention to the details and offer personal service! When you call our shop, to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and personal attention you will speak with the owner, Sharon.
We are different! Our shop is EXCLUSIVELY and distinctly a floral shop. We specialize in the floral industry. We are not a one stop shop for everything from gasoline to pastries with flowers as a sideline to draw you. Our specialty is floral and we LOVE what we do!

SIMPLY FLOWERS is small and we intend to STAY small as we desire to make each encounter with our customers special. Unless there is a major holiday I will personally take your order, fill it and deliver to the recipient. On a major holiday I often have a designer and delivery person whom I trust fully to perform an excellent job. Your order with SIMPLY FLOWERS is not made up a week in advance before major holidays and set in the cooler waiting for the "big day" for delivery. Mass production is for the larger flower shops.
Since we are not contracted with any wire service we are able to keep our costs lower and our products unique. We ARE able to send orders to other florists out of town, so call us to place those orders.
I work at a shop on my property in Sequim Washington and because of that my overhead is low, giving you more for your money. Because I take care of most of the orders, I will deliver to far out-of- the way places where there is no other or few other florists.
This is an absolute dream job. I stopped working to make a living and started living by enjoying my work. It has changed
my whole business outlook.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Sometimes it is necessary to make substitutions to a product to ensure quality and timely delivery. We strive to produce an item as similar as possible to the requested product.
ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS:
Because we endeavor to have unique items as opposed to “mass producing” items, we carry only one-of-a-kind on many of our products. Generally our website will update when the item you choose is sold out. If an item sold out and did not update, we will contact you via e-mail or phone to notify you of the need to substitute. Please indicate on your order the most effective way to contact you.
FLOWERS:
In mixed arrangements, we may substitute a different type of flower that is within the same color scheme. Be assured the substitution will be equal to or greater than the flowers shown online.
When one type of flower only is used, (such as one dozen roses) the color online may not be available. We will attempt to match the color but may substitute if necessary.
If a container shown is not available, we may substitute with another of equal or greater value.
PLANTS:
For all plants, a similar plant may be substituted of equal or greater value.
For specific plants, if it is unavailable, we will contact you via e-mail or phone to notify you of need to substitute. Please notify us of the most effective way to contact you.
Containers pictured are for display purposes only and may be substituted if unavailable.
GOURMET BASKETS:
Fruit, chocolate, candy, tea and coffee baskets are filled to value. Generally no baskets are exactly the same.
PLUSH, SPECIALTY GIFTS:
Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made if necessary. |
